Temporary Shop Assistant at The Organic Farm Shop


Post starting in September 2010, approximately 40 hours a week, to last for around 6 months. Ideal for someone on a gap year or saving up to go travelling. This job is quite physical (lots of moving boxes of veg around) so applicants need to be fit with no back problems and capable of multitasking with a smile! Some previous retail or catering experience preferred. Please only apply if you can demonstrate an enthusiasm for local/organic food and have fluent English. The Organic Farm Shop are seeking an experienced Cook to cover maternity leave

Project Developer needed for Gloucestershire Rural Community Council

The Forest of Dean Horse Riders and Carriage Drivers Association is looking for a person for a 6 month contract to carry out a feasibility study on route development open to all non-motorised users throughout the Forest of Dean District.

Abbey Home Farm are looking for an Agricultural Worker

Post starting in September 2010. Duties include day-to-day work with the stock, relief milking, and general farm work. High animal welfare, good record keeping, ability to communicate with the public, and an interest of organic principles are all required. Rent-free accommodation will be available and pay will be determined according to the current Agricultural Wages Board rates. Horticultural Apprentice at The Organic Farm Shop
