Community Vegetable Growing Projects - Get Up & Grow! Vision 21 launched three community vegetable growing initiatives during 2009, and was awarded a prestigious title of Best Community Project in June 2009! In 2010 we have free training on how to grow your own, visits to your own home and to share spaces on allotments and similar. Sessions start 10th April 2010! Click here for more details.
Cheltenham Transition Town Network Transition Towns are popping up all over the country in different areas, and are considered by some to be crucial to helping combat dangerous climate change. It's also a solution to peak oil and peak resources and helps communities to live within their local resources. Vision 21 will spend one year facilitating a coordinated, supportive and effective Transition Towns Network in Cheltenham that will enhance community resilience. Click here for more details. Cheltenham Business Champions Environment Champion Seminar returns spring/summer 2010 Cheltenham. What do HSBC, M&S, Tesco, B&Q and BP have in common? They are all successful household names, who have branches in our town. They have also made a significant commitment to tackling climate change and reducing their greenhouse gas emissions and use of resources. You are invited to be at the forefront of this important issue – probably the most important issue that your company will face this century. We are looking for people to become Environmental Champions, here we will tell you why.

Gloucestershire Environmental Education Partnership Gloucestershire Environmental Education Partnership (GEEP) represents a collection of organisations in Gloucestershire each of whom specialise in promoting one or more of the areas of sustainability. Individually the organisations operate in a range of different ways but commonly we all have an aim to promote sustainability through education and work to promote this idea to our regions schools and support them in their activities towards this. Event stalls Vision 21 continues to take our climate change information boards to local events as often as possible. This includes fun days, festivals, business events and more.
